This agreement is between you (the client) and Grinnan Haskins, trading as GTH Results ("I", "me", or "my"). By signing up for a paid engagement, you agree to what follows.
I work on your online presence with the goal of improving how easily local customers can find your business through search. The specific target we agree on — the keyword, the geographic area, and the timeframe — will be written into your individual proposal before you pay anything.
I'll need access to your Google Business Profile and, where relevant, your website. I'll tell you before making any significant change. Once you've signed up, I'll send written instructions for granting that access safely.
Work can only start once access is in place. If access is delayed, any agreed timeframe shifts by the length of that delay.
If your business is not ranking in the top 3 Google Maps results for the single agreed keyword, within the agreed service area, within 90 days of the start date, I will refund your fee in full. The start date is the day both payment has cleared and access (as described above) has been granted. Ranking is measured using a third-party local rank-tracking tool that checks results from within the agreed service area, on or shortly after day 90. Because local results vary by the searcher's exact location, the measurement point(s) will be named in your proposal. This refund is the full extent of the guarantee; it doesn't cover lost profits or other costs.
For as long as we're working together, I won't take on a directly competing business in your trade within the service area named in your proposal. That area will be named in your proposal.
Your fee is set out in your proposal. Payment is due in full upfront, before work begins. Accepted payment methods are credit or debit card and ACH bank transfer, processed through Stripe. Work begins once the first payment clears and access has been granted.
Either of us can end the engagement with 14 days' written notice. Because your fee funds a 90-day program, ending it early at your request doesn't trigger a refund — the money-back guarantee above is the refund mechanism, and it requires the program to run its course. If I'm the one who ends the engagement before day 90, you receive a full refund. Any work already completed (profile changes, listings created) stays yours either way.
Search engines change how they rank results without notice, and I don't control those systems. I'll apply established practice and act in good faith, but I can't promise outcomes beyond what's written in the guarantee section above.
When you contact me or submit the form on this site, I collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, and anything you write in a message. Basic technical information such as your IP address and the pages you viewed may also be recorded.
I use this to reply to you, to deliver the service, and — only if you've opted in — to send occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email I send.
I don't sell or rent your details. They may be handled by the services I use to run this business, such as my website host and email provider, and may be disclosed where the law requires it.
You can ask what information I hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to me at the address below and I'll respond within 30 days.
